About this pudding

The one that started it all. We slice ripe bananas at sunrise, layer them with crisp vanilla wafers, and fold in our cloud-soft cream until every spoonful tastes like a summer afternoon.

Made in small batches at our Long Island kitchen and chilled just long enough for the wafers to soften — never the day before.
